This recipe uses almond flour but you could substitute coconut flour. Save for a quick treat.
Something we love in our house is cheese “chips” – cube any type of cheese you like (we love using cheddar or colby jack). Microwave on parchment paper until it starts to turn brown and done! Tasty, crunchy, quick, easy and cheesy! We have made fried cheese balls, too, but the chips are just so easy!
