Here is a new bread idea I want to pass along.  This comes from Jeff Nimoy at cookingcaveman.com and there are two versions.  Here is the first. He seems most excited about this second version. Almond butter, eggs, lemon juice and baking soda. I have not tried this yet but was planning to. No wheat. Minimal carb. Depending on how carbohydrate tolerant your child is, you could use this every now and then. Don’t forget to checkout the lunchboxes that make bread-free lunches much easier . This year we have started using the bento brand and the kids seem to love them!
